What is a Curly Girl or better yet a Curly Guy? Basically, in the long run any Curly person is someone who follows the curly girl method. The method involves using mainly only sulfates and silicone free products on the hair, and not apply heat from curling irons, straighteners or any other heat styling tools. Rules:
Shampoo only once a week or Co-wash every 10 days with conditioner and water

No Heat
No Fragrance

No Brushing with Combs or Brushes
