General Questions

1. What is the status of my order?

All orders are noted during the processing, fulfillment, and shipment. Customers should receive notes emailed to them. Once shipped a tracking number will be noted too.

3. Can I change my order?

Orders are final, however, you can reach out to us if you would like to change it and we can try our best to change anything you need before the order starts to be fulfilled.

4. Where do you ship?

We ship out of a few places in Los Angeles, Tokyo Japan, and Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

5. How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping is 3-5 days. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday.

Payment

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept different payment methods. Credit/Debit Cards, After Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Klarna one-time cards. If you would like to use Venmo, Cash App or Zelle please contact us directly.

7. Which currency will I be charged in?

We accept all currency, however, it will be converted to USD.

8. Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

There is After Pay, and you can use Klarna One-Time Cards too.

9. Where do you ship?

10. How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping is 3-5 days. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday.

11. Do you offer fast shipping?

You can message us if you need faster shipping and we can figure out what will work for you.

12. How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a note from our team with the tracking information.

13. What if I’m not home?

The package will be delivered to whatever address you listed. If you would like certified mail (with a signature) please reach out to us. If you are going out of town ask your post office to hold your mail.

14. Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

No there should be no extra taxes.

Returns

15. Do you accept returns?

No, all sales are final.

16. Can I exchange an item?

No, all sales are final.

17. Are returns free?

We will only accept a return if an item is defective, and it is free. We have an inspection protocol that is followed for every order before it is shipped out.

18. How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to two weeks for the item to arrive back and for us to process it.
