By now many of you have found out I am moving to Japan, just for a short amount of time for work. More specifically, to an island off of Japan. I am not necessarily thrilled about being on an island as I would much rather be on mainland. However, the flight to mainland is only an hour or so long, therefore, I would not mind flying multiple times a week to mainland for a job.
Many people have said housing in Japan is completely different and smaller. I have realized that is true but also, I have realized you can find houses that have plenty of room. In fact, I have found houses the same size as my house in California and even bigger than my house. I am planning on taking certain items with me to Japan and also purging a lot of other items that I do not want to take there. The list below will be a list of items that I am definitely going to take with us.
